Exhibitions
Goods may be ordered for collection from Exhibitions
Please allow 3 days advance notice for this service.
Ordering Instructions
When Ordering please ensure that you quote all reference numbers, size required,
along with brief description of goods and quantity required.
All goods are priced ex-warehouse, we add on the appropriate amounts for
postage, packaging and insurance. On receipt of your order, a pro-forma
invoice detailing the correct postage and packing will be issued. The goods will
then be despatched to you once full payment has been received. For urgent orders
please telephone for a quotation.
Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order, payable to ‘Modeller’s Mate’.
Cash may be used for collected orders from the Sales Counter or exhibitions.
Payments can also be made by VISA or MASTERCARD, please quote full card no and
expiry date along with the name on the card. We regret we are unable to
accept SWITCH cards at this time.
Goods will be despatched as early as possible from receipt of order, normally
this will be within 7 days. However! if ordering during Christmas period
or unusual items please allow 21 days for despatch, or contact for advice on
availability and earliest date of despatch.
Terms & Conditions
1. All prices shown in this catalogue are correct at the time of
publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All diagrams, illustrations, descriptions and dimensions which appear
in this website are approximate and are included for guidance purposes only.
3. In line with our policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the
right to make design or product alterations, or to discontinue any items as may
be deemed necessary without prior notice.
4. Title of goods supplied does not pass to the customer until payment
has been made in full.
5. We regret that we cannot accept goods back for credit unless they are
returned within seven days in their original packaging. We reserve the right to
make a handling charge where goods of merchantable quality are supplied
according to your instructions.
6. In case of short delivery or damage, the wrapping should be retained
and you should inform our office within 3 days of receipt.
